THE BENEFITS

  The remote light source is the sole component in the system which requires power whilst the fibre optic cables are inherently safe even when used in water or ice. They are resistant to chloride and contain algaecides and fungicides to maximise installation life.
• Maintenance.
  Since several luminaires can be powered by a single light source, access to luminaires is not necessary. The fibre also requires no maintenance.
• Energy Saving.
  The single light source not only means fewer lamps require replacing but itself requires replacing less often.
• No Heat or UV.
  Transmission qualities of the fibre eliminate virtually all infra red and ultra violet radiation.
• Adaptability.
  Fibre optic systems can be used where, because of size and/or hazards, a standard lighting situation would be unsuitable.
